Troika Scheduling Tool

If you participate in a meeting scheduled through our Troika tool (galanta.ai/troika), this section applies to you.

  • What we collect: participant names and email addresses (provided by the meeting initiator — a fellow member of your group — or by you), your availability responses, optional scheduling notes, and the resulting calendar event details.
  • Why we collect it: solely to coordinate and schedule your meeting — sending invitations and reminders, suggesting a venue, and creating the calendar invite. Venue suggestions use an AI service that processes the optional notes participants provide.
  • What we don’t do: we do not sell this information, use it for marketing or advertising, or share it beyond the service providers required to operate the tool (email delivery, Google Calendar, cloud hosting, and the AI venue-suggestion service).
  • Visibility: your name and response status are visible to the other members of your troika.
  • Retention and deletion: retained to support rescheduling and meeting history; deleted on request — email privacy@galanta.ai.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party service providers for website analytics, email delivery, and hosting. These providers only process data as necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Cookies & Consent

On your first visit, we show a consent banner. Analytics tracking is disabled by default and only activates if you click “Accept.” Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can reset your preference at any time by clearing your browser data and revisiting the site.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Contact form submissions are retained in our email systems indefinitely unless you request deletion.
